How do I take care of my OIA bikini?
Kindly hand wash your bikini in cold water with a gentle detergent. Please refrain from dry cleaning or ironing.
Do OIA bikinis come with padding?
Indeed! All our tops come with padding that can easily be removed if preferred. Moreover, each top is double-lined to ensure an exceptional fit regardless.
Where can I find OIA size guide?
Our size guide is available on all our product pages. Further details and explanations regarding our sizes can be found here.
How will I know that a product is back in stock?
You will be notified when your favourite piece is back in stock by selecting your size, entering your
e-mail address, and pressing “Notify me”. You will be the first to know once the piece is restocked.
Orders & Delivery
I have not received my order confirmation
Upon placing your order, a confirmation e-mail will automatically be sent to your e-mail address. If you have not received your order confirmation, kindly review your spam or junk folder. Please contact us here if the confirmation has not reached you within 24 hours after making your purchase.
Is it possible to change or cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, we unfortunately cannot cancel or change it. Therefore, we highly
recommend reviewing your order details before confirming a purchase.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is packed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a tracking link.
How long does it take until my order arrives?
Our delivery time is estimated between 1-7 working days. Please note that delivery time is an estimate and could be affected by external factors.
Returns
How do I make a return?
To receive instructions, simply e-mail us at contact@oiabeachwear.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Due to hygiene reasons, please note that we do not accept returns of items that have been removed from their original packaging.

What is your return policy?
For hygiene reasons, the hygiene safety seal must remain intact, and we do not accept returns of items that have been removed from their original packaging. This policy ensures that items have not been worn or altered in any way. We cannot accept returns that do not meet these requirements.
What is OIA's return period?
We offer a 14 day return period.
My item was damaged
We meticulously inspect our items before shipping, but in the unfortunate event of defect or damage upon arrival, please contact us at contact@oiabeachwear.com and we will make sure to assess the issue. Please note that we are not liable for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
How will I be refunded?
Once your return is received and approved, you will be refunded by the same method you selected as payment. Please note that a return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Which payment methods are available?
We offer payments through VISA, MasterCard, Apple Pay and Klarna.
What about customs and taxes?
As these vary between countries, we cannot reimburse costumers affected by additional costs.
Responsibility for payments regarding custom duties and taxes lies with individual customers. We recommend that you contact your local customs office if you are uncertain of potential charges.
